Get into a high plank position. Shift your center of gravity to your arms and lower your body bending your arms at the elbows. Return to the initial position. Do about 20-30 push ups and in 2-3 sets.
Lie on your stomach, stretching your arms and legs. Raise both the legs and arms at the same time, bending your back. Stay in this position for a few seconds and return to the initial position. Do about 15-20 reps in 3-4 sets.
Lie on your stomach and pull your arms forward. Bend your back, lifting your head, arms, and legs up at the same time and grab your ankles. Inhale deeply and stay in this position for a few seconds. With an exhalation, relax the muscles, and return to the initial position.Do this for 20 -60 seconds in one set.
