Well yes, poops are of different sizes and hence it has different indications to your health as well whether you are healthy or not. Of course we don’t really take note of the different sizes (I mean why would we Duh!) but it is important. Doctors often ask us about it when we complain about a stomach ache, so we need to take the size into consideration.
We want it to be well formed, not too thick and not to thin. But if it is extremely thin then you need to keep a check on it. Having thin poop for a day or two can be normal, basically indicating that your body is straining too much which prevents the sphincter muscles to function properly. But if the issue is ongoing, this could be the indicate symptoms of rectal cancer. It is advised that you consult a doctor and go for colonoscopy. Well, this is the most common problem every other person faces. If your poop is not frequent and too hard to pass out then you’re suffering from constipation. This doesn’t have to do anything with the number of times of poop. Even if your bathroom habits are regular, yet you face difficulty while passing out stool you maybe constipated.
This usually is because of the low fibre content in your diet. Also, add magnesium-rich foods in your diet as magnesium helps in absorbing water making your stool soft and easier to eliminate.
